Ideal for those who don't yet have much knowledge and want to get started in the world of wine, whether for personal or professional reasons. It's the first step on an enriching and inspiring journey of discovery.
During the training, participants get to know the main types of wine, learn the basics of tasting and acquire the skills to describe a wine accurately and pair it with food.
Participation in the course gives the trainee a certificate acknowledging that they have attended an introductory course on the world of wine, focusing on the fundamentals of tasting, the main styles of wine and the basics of pairing with food.
