It is aimed at the enthusiastic consumer or professional in the wine sector (restaurants and hotels). Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish wines, discovering their differences and similarities.
It is also ideal for complementing the knowledge acquired on other courses, such as the WSET courses, which do not cover these two origins or cover them very superficially.
Decode wine by understanding the factors that affect its production, style, quality and price. Master systematic tasting, cellaring, serving and pairing. With a unique approach focused on Iberia, explore the main grape varieties and regions of Portugal and Spain, understanding styles that are a world reference in still, sparkling and fortified wines.
The training culminates in the award of a certificate demonstrating the trainee's progression to a more in-depth level of knowledge of Iberian wines.
